15.11: Sublime (Open Decks) @ Mint!
Every Wednesday, the decks are open between 8pm and 1am at Mint Bar and
Nightclub (23-27 Church Street, Brighton). Up and coming DJs play west-coast
house, vocal house, electro house, and mash-up, and vie to win a residency, and
up to $600 in record vouchers!
Interested house DJs are encouraged to contact Jake on 0424-641-469 or to email
jkogakis@optusnet.com.au to organize to submit a demo (20 mins.).
As an opportunity for a residency in an established Wednesday club-night is
offered, applicants with a strong network base from Pennisula postcodes are
preferred.
(And no cheese please, aspiring Aria Chart DJs need not apply)!

laura...ur totally goin on the wrong night babe...wednesday and sometimes friday
nights are the nights to go to mint!...screw the rnb crap that they play on
saturdays pfffft lol...since when has rnb attracted a good crowd? lol...house
all the way baby!!!...every wednesday night they have either john course or
grant smillie playing now!...i went on opening night (think its called sublime)
and it was absolutely awesome!...music was great and so was the crowd!...get on
it! lol
