Great night at the Regent. It is easily the classiest crowd in Ballarat. 23-30
age group, well dressed and behaved. Huge queues from 9.30 or so. Good duo
inside, DJ picked good tunes too. Nice.

Ballarat was a bit quiet at the weekend because its a uni town, and uni holidays
are on, so the students are back in Melbourne.
Regent was a real surprise though. Its like a city bar or South Melbourne venue,
and was pretty busy. The crowd was primarily 23-30, pretty well dressed, and
seemed like a quality crowd. The DJ was good with commercial, RnB and a bit of
house. The band was the only thing on the dodgy side.
